Baltimore LiveHealthy, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the citizens of Baltimore about the importance of good nutrition, regular exercise and preventive health screenings so that they might lead healthier, longer lives and embrace overall wellness as a goal. With increased education, awareness and practice, we believe that Baltimore City residents can improve their health outcomes and our city can become a healthier, happier, more productive place to live, work and play.

Baltimore LiveHealthy’s signature event, Healthy City Days, took place during the week of September 27th – October 1st. Whether it’s eating better, exercising more or learning your health-related numbers, city residents had their choice of fun events to learn more about great, nutritious food; fun, easy fitness; and free, accessible screenings.
